Two separate consents

We ask for your consent to text you in two separate parts. You can agree to one, both, or neither. Each is optional, and you can agree to them independently:

Promotional messages: texts with offers and updates

By checking a consent box on our forms, or by texting us first, you agree to receive the type of text messages that box describes, at the mobile number you gave us. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

Service messages (if you check the service box, or when you text or call us first):

Appointment confirmations and reminders

Payment links, deposit and balance notices

Replies to your calls, texts, and direct messages (for example, if you call and we miss it)

Follow-up about your inquiry or application

Promotional messages (only if you check the promotional box):

Offers, discounts, and campaign announcements

Updates about our programs and events

Agreeing to service messages does not sign you up for promotional messages.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan.

Consent is not a condition of purchase

You do not have to agree to receive texts to buy anything from us.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation message, and then no more messages unless you opt back in. You can also contact us at [[email protected]].

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the text program after a change means you accept the update.
