5X Performance Lifestyle™ is a performance methodology and lifestyle system. Through The 5X Method™, we offer assessments, coaching, corporate performance programs, and related digital content and tools. Descriptions on the Site are for general information and may change.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or submit information through the Site. If you are buying on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

Not medical or professional advice

Our content and services are for educational and performance-coaching purposes. They are not medical, mental health, nutrition, legal, or financial advice, and they do not create a doctor-patient or similar professional relationship. No guarantee of results

Results depend on many things, including your effort, consistency, and circumstances. We do not promise or guarantee any particular outcome. Testimonials and examples on the Site reflect individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed.

Applications, bookings, and appointments

Submitting an application or booking request does not guarantee acceptance or a time slot. We may decline or reschedule when necessary. You agree to give accurate information and to arrive or join on time. Some bookings may require a deposit, which is explained at the time of booking.

Payments, refunds, and cancellations

Prices, deposits, and payment terms are shown at checkout or in your written agreement.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. By paying, you authorize the charges shown, including any balance due, using the payment method you provide.

If a payment fails, we may send an invoice and may pause or release your booking until it is paid.

If you opt in to receive text messages from 5X Performance Lifestyle LLC, you agree to receive SMS messages related to our services and your interactions with us.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for SMS messages and data usage. 5X Performance Lifestyle LLC does not control these charges. Please contact your mobile carrier if you have questions about your messaging or data plan.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

Member platform and third-party links
